Review your proposal.
Confirm the scope, price, deliverables, payment timing, review process, usage limits and support arrangements before accepting.
Open your invoice.
We send your project-specific invoice with the amount, due date, payment schedule and available payment methods. Larger projects may receive an invoice for each agreed stage.
Pay using the invoice.
Use the secure link in your invoice to pay with an available method, such as ACH bank transfer, wire or card. Card and wallet options appear when enabled for that invoice.
Work begins after payment.
Smaller defined software deliverables may be paid in full before work begins. Larger projects are funded in agreed stages before each stage begins. Monthly hosting and support services are billed in advance according to the proposal.
ACH without an added fee.
ACH bank transfers and wires have no added Zorn Novum payment fee. If card payment is offered for an invoice, an additional fee may apply to eligible credit-card transactions only. The exact fee will be disclosed before payment and shown on the invoice or receipt.
No surcharge is applied to debit or prepaid cards. Any card surcharge is subject to applicable law, card-network rules and processor requirements. Available payment methods are shown on each invoice.
Know the monthly cost before it starts.
For hosted software, Zorn Novum estimates the required service and expected usage as the application is built. The proposal identifies the monthly fee, included resources and support, and explains how any measured or additional usage will be calculated.
We agree recurring charges and usage limits with you before billing starts. Any third-party AI, paid API, domain or other project-specific charge is identified in the proposal or capped as agreed.
Know what the handover includes.
Your proposal identifies the digital delivery method and any installation, deployment or handover work included in the project price. Hosting, domains, storage, developer accounts, signing, platform fees and ongoing support are included or separately priced as stated in that proposal.
The payment schedule specifies when final files or production access are released. A download or handover does not create additional ownership, source-code, revision or support rights. Compare digital delivery options →
Agree the delivery cost before dispatch.
Encrypted USB delivery by insured U.S. mail starts at $275 as a separate add-on for suitable projects. Your proposal identifies the drive, included files, preparation, shipping, insurance and signature confirmation. The agreed delivery charge is paid before we purchase the drive and prepare the shipment; software development remains separately priced.
