We consider projects for Windows computers, Android devices and iPad. Depending on the need, a project may be delivered as a browser-based tool or an installable application.
The proposal specifies the supported devices and operating-system versions, delivery format, hosting or installation requirements, and testing. Each platform is assessed for the project; support for every device is not assumed.

Entry pricing assumes one defined function or adaptation of a permitted existing foundation. Deliverables, included revisions, acceptance criteria, third-party costs and recurring charges are specified in your proposal.

Costs shaped around your application.
Current planning ranges start at $99/month for qualifying hosted business applications; more complex application hosting may fall around $99–$399+/month or higher depending on requirements. The final fee reflects the agreed service, resource usage and support scope.
We assess hosting requirements as the software is built and estimate usage before launch. Your proposal sets the monthly fee, included resources, support, and how measured usage or additional charges are calculated. Those terms are agreed before recurring billing begins.
Application maintenance and technical support is quoted at $100–$500+/month. Managed AI integrations and automations are $149–$750+/month. Hosting, upkeep and support can overlap, so your quote explains what is included and which services are additional.
Third-party AI usage, domains, paid APIs and traffic beyond agreed limits are separately quoted or explicitly capped. Changes to the service or usage allowance follow the agreed review process.
Receive your project in a way that fits how you work.
We agree how you will receive, install or access the finished work before development begins. Depending on the project, delivery may use a private download, a hosted website or application, your own agreed account, or a supported app distribution route.
Private file download
Receive agreed software files, installers, reports and documentation through a download service restricted to the agreed recipients. We confirm access requirements and the download period. An email may provide the invitation or instructions; the software itself is downloaded from the agreed service.
Hosted website or application
Use the finished website or browser-based tool at its agreed web address, with account access where included in scope. Hosting, domains, usage limits, backups and ongoing support are defined in the proposal. A hosted service is different from receiving an application that runs entirely on your device.
Handover to your account
Where suitable, we can deploy the agreed work into your hosting account or deliver the agreed files to your private repository or storage account. Compatibility, permissions, setup and handover responsibilities are assessed first. Source code and editable files are included only where the agreement specifies them.
Android and iPad app delivery
We assess an appropriate app-store or supported business distribution route. An Android installation package may be suitable for an agreed use case; iPad applications require an eligible Apple distribution method. Developer accounts, signing, device requirements, review and update responsibilities are agreed per project. Store approval and review dates are not guaranteed.
Delivery includes only the files, access and handover work listed in the proposal. Any setup, hosting, storage, licensing or platform charges are identified before paid work begins. The proposal also defines file protection and how long downloads remain available. Source-code rights, updates and ongoing support follow the agreement.

Insured U.S. mail delivery starts at $275 as a separate project add-on. For suitable projects, receive the agreed software files and documentation on a 32GB hardware-encrypted USB drive that you keep.
The delivery quote includes the drive, preparation and file checks, protective packaging, USPS tracking, shipping insurance and signature confirmation for one eligible U.S. address. The USB connector, supported device, included files and unlock process are agreed before dispatch. Larger capacities, additional copies and special delivery requirements are quoted separately.
For this option, the agreed software files are delivered on the drive instead of by email. The unlock PIN is provided separately through an agreed channel after recipient verification; it is not included on the drive or in the parcel.
USB delivery does not make a hosted application work offline or replace required installation or platform distribution steps. Source code, licenses, updates and support remain subject to the project agreement. Shipment insurance is based on the drive’s eligible replacement value under USPS terms, not the full software project value or data confidentiality.

We develop and review the agreed deliverables with you. Revisions follow the agreed review process; additional requests and ongoing support are scoped separately where needed.

Usage rights, ownership, licensing and any reuse or exclusivity arrangements will be explained clearly in the proposal and agreement. Integrations and more complex applications are assessed individually before any commitment.

Defined deliverables
Small, clearly defined software work may be paid in full before development starts. Deliverables and review steps are agreed first.
Larger projects
Larger software, integration and application projects use agreed funded stages, with each stage paid before it begins. Any separately scoped discovery or additional work is agreed and funded before starting.
Monthly services
Agreed monthly hosting, maintenance and software support fees are paid in advance. Variable usage charges follow the calculation and billing schedule in the agreement.
Choose how to pay.
ACH bank transfers and wires have no added Zorn Novum payment fee. If card payment is offered for an invoice, an additional fee may apply to eligible credit-card transactions only. The exact fee will be disclosed before you pay and shown on your invoice or receipt. No surcharge is applied to debit or prepaid cards, and any surcharge is subject to applicable law, card-network rules and processor requirements.
We provide a free initial consultation and project quote. After you approve the proposal, we invoice the agreed amount before starting the paid work. Project-specific expenses are funded before they are incurred. Cancellation, refund, delivery and usage terms are explained in the agreement before payment.
