- The monthly fee, included resources and support, with the calculation and billing schedule for any variable usage charges.
- A definition of included upkeep and how service changes, additional work, third-party costs and usage allowances are reviewed.
Deliverables, included revisions, acceptance criteria, third-party costs and recurring charges are specified in your proposal. Usage rights, ownership, licensing and any reuse or exclusivity arrangements are explained in the agreement.
Scope boundaries
The published ranges are planning guidance, not a guarantee of unlimited resources, unlimited changes or a fixed fee for every application. Hosting, upkeep and support can overlap; the quote identifies what is included and which services are additional. Response arrangements and any backup or recovery responsibilities must be specified in the agreement. No universal response-time, recovery-time or uptime guarantee is offered here.

Hosted custom business applications start at $99/month under a qualifying scope. The final fee reflects the agreed service and expected usage. Third-party AI usage, domains, paid APIs and traffic beyond agreed limits are separately quoted or explicitly capped.
Starting prices apply to a defined scope, not every project in the category. Entry pricing assumes one defined function or adaptation of a permitted existing foundation. The initial consultation and project quote are free.

Follow the agreed review process
Monthly fees are paid in advance. Variable usage charges follow the agreement, and changes to service or allowances are reviewed as agreed.
Before paid work begins, we agree scope, price, deliverables, review, payment and support arrangements. Larger ideas may need a separately scoped first stage.

Common questions
Is hosting included in a development project?
Only if the proposal expressly includes it. Development, hosting, upkeep and technical support can be separate services. The quote explains any overlap so you can understand what each charge covers.
How is the final monthly fee determined?
We assess requirements as the software is built and estimate usage before launch. The agreed fee reflects the application, included resources and support. Measured usage or additional charges follow the calculation and billing schedule in the agreement.
Are domains, AI usage and paid APIs covered?
Third-party AI usage, domains, paid APIs and traffic beyond agreed limits are separately quoted or explicitly capped. They are not automatically unlimited or included in the base hosting fee.
Does support include new features?
Only work expressly included in the support scope is covered. New functions, broader changes and additional work are assessed and agreed separately where needed.
