Zorn Novum has existing research, application code and controlled development history associated with ZornQuanta market intelligence and the Zorn Lumen trading platform. Active platform development is on hold as the company focuses on its proprietary business AI direction.

Existing Kraken-specific API integrations and MCP connectors are preserved as technical assets. They have not been established as generally compatible commercial products; any other-provider use would require adaptation, security testing and relevant permissions.

No trading-platform launch, autonomous execution service or trading performance claim is being made.
